Refund policy
Quality – We stand behind our quality. If anything arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us at love@joshspickles.com within 7 days and we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
Preference – We know there’s some risk in trying a new product, which is why we work hard to show exactly what you're getting through demos and real customer reactions. Since taste is personal, if a flavor isn’t your thing, we’re happy to refund the product purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable for preference, as those fees go directly to FedEx/UPS.
